Please allow 1-2 weeks for your personalised item to be handmade with care. For larger orders and custom photo products please allow additional time for these products to be made. 

Each piece is crafted individually to ensure quality.

We offer postage Australia wide via Australia Post.

We offer free regular shipping for orders over $250.

Regular post is charged at a flat rate of $10 and express post is charged at a flat rate of $15.

Shipping times vary by location.
